Port Washington, NY- The Town of North Hempstead and The Shared Vision Steering Committee invite all who live or work on the Port Washington Peninsula to an evening presentation of the Shared Vision Plan on Wednesday June 29, 2005, 7:00pm at the Weber Middle School.Come and learn the next steps to make the vision a reality.
Over the past six months, hundreds of Port Washington community members participated in this historic event to create a roadmap for the future of the Port Washington Peninsula.Participants in this project include: the Town of North Hempstead; the villages of Baxter Estates, Flower, Hill, Manorhaven, Plandome Manor, Port Washington North and Sands Point; Nassau County; Senator Michael Balboni, Assemblyman Thomas DiNapoli; General Council of Homeowner Associations of Port Washington; Port Washington Business Improvement District and the Residents for a More Beautiful Port Washington.
