311 Call Center Operator

Do you like talking to people? Have extensive customer service experience? Looking for part time employment? Then "311" may be for you. The Town of North Hempstead is looking for individuals to staff the Town's 311 Call Center. The center responds to constituent requests for information and services, and if neccessary directs the call to appropriate Town Departments. It is an exciting opportunity to serve the residents of the 7th largest municpality in New York State.
