North Hempstead Joins with Chabad of Manhasset for Menorah Lighting at Town Hall, Dec. 5 at 4:30 p.m.
North Hempstead, NY – Join the Town of North Hempstead and the Chabad of Manhasset for this year’s Menorah Lighting and Hanukkah Celebration on Wednesday, December 5 starting at 4:30 p.m. Hanukkah, which runs from December 2 until sunset December 10 and celebrates the rededication of the Holy Temple in Jerusalem, when it is said that one day's worth of sacred oil lasted for eight days. Latkes and other treats will be available and live music.
