Manhasset, NY - Jones Manor on the Sound is a licensed not-for-profit registered adult home serving the North Hempstead and Town of Oyster Bay communities since 1836.Jones Manor prides itself on providing a safe, supervised environment where seniors have the companionship of peers, personal attention and well as take part in various activities. The adult home provides many different options including day care services, respite care and long-term stay for seniors.

Residents are able to enjoy a home-like setting with warm friendships, scheduled activities and full-time supervision by a qualified and congenial staff. Recognizing that an adjustment to group living is of vital concern to people, Jones Manor philosophy is to ensure privacy, independence, individuality and to offer the kind of environment that will make residents look forward to the next day and the future.

Day Care Services are available from 6am to 10pm seven days a week with transportation provided on weekdays during the hours of 7:30am and 6pm for the cost of $40 per day. Throughout the day seniors are provided with three nutritious meals and snacks daily, assistance with dressing and bathing (at a nominal additional fee), supervision of medications, therapeutic recreational activities, daily housekeeping, a memory loss program and supervision by a trained caring staff at all times.

Jones Manor On-The-Sound is located on Long Island's prestigious North Shore over-looking Long Island Sound, on the site of the Carriage House on the former Clarkson Estate, 59 Bayville Ave, Bayville, New York.
