Come Celebrate 50-Year Anniversary at Clark Botanic Garden with Morning Walks with Horticulturists

North Hempstead, NY – Town of North Hempstead Supervisor Judi Bosworth and the Town Board are pleased to announce a wonderful way to celebrate the Clark Botanic Garden’s 50th Anniversary this year, with a series of morning walks sponsored by the Fanny Dwight Clark Memorial Garden Inc. (FDCMG), with Town Horticulturist Bonnie Lynn Klein and FDMG Horticulturist Jim Newman.

Bonnie and Jim will help you discover the many seasonal changes in the garden, while sharing the various improvements made to the garden. You will learn about new plants that perform well on Long Island, in the garden’s collection of Gold Medal Plants.

Come celebrate the horticultural gem of the Town of North Hempstead Clark marks its 50th Anniversary as a public garden.
