Town of North Hempstead Schedules Hearings for 2023 Budget 

North Hempstead, NY – North Hempstead Supervisor Jennifer DeSena and the Town Board announced today that the hearing dates for the proposed 2023 budget have been set.

• October 13 at 10:30 a.m.: The Town Board will conduct a work session during this time.
• October 20 at 7 p.m.: The Town Board will hold a public hearing on the tentative budget and there will be an opportunity for public comment.
• October 25 at 6 p.m.: There will be a preliminary budget work session during this time.
• November 3 at 7 p.m.: Hearing on the preliminary budget and there will be an opportunity for public comment. A vote on the budget is also scheduled for this meeting.
